couch to 5k {six weeks down, four to go}

I have added a week onto my couch to 5k process. I have gone away from the program I was using before because I didn’t like that it went from 8 to 20 minutes and then just basically went right to 25 minutes, 28 minutes, and 30 minutes the last 3 weeks. There was no more building up.
So, since Dan has been a runner since high school, I asked him to make a new plan for me for the last few weeks. And I think it is working out much better so far.
I completed the 1st week in Dan’s plan.
The first day was walk 3 minutes, run 6 minutes, walk 2 minutes, run 6 minutes, walk 2 minutes, run 8 minutes, walk 3 minutes.
The second day was walk 3 minutes, run 6 minutes, walk 2 minutes, run 8 minutes, walk 2 minutes, run 6 minutes, walk 2 minutes.
The third day was walk 3 minutes, run 10 minutes, walk 2 minutes, run 6 minutes, walk 1 minute, run 6 minutes, walk 2 minutes.
My week got a little messed up so I just did the 3rd day yesterday. I felt pretty good on these run though. I definitely run better when I can run in the morning. Since this is my last week at the school, I’m looking forward to being able to run in the morning more often.
